The workshop is geared towards journalism students and early-career reporters, but is open to all levels of journalism experience. Space is limited.

Sit down for a one-on-one conversation with a newsroom editor or hiring manager during this hands-on session at Skill Up. Mentees will have the chance to have their resume or clips reviewed, practice their story pitch and brush up on their interviewing skills. It’s a great opportunity to make new connections, seek career advice, or ask questions about breaking into the industry.
To participate as a mentor or mentee, complete the form by 5 p.m. E.T. Thursday, Sept. 10. All participants must be registered for the workshop. The session is open to early-career journalists and students. Space is limited and slots fill up quickly!
